Mission Statement

At Victoria Alexander, we know that the first and foremost step to building a home is to understand, define and reflect what the modern day individual and family desires in our architectural designs.

Our goal with each Victoria Alexander home is to provide traditionally spacious, functional and inviting rooms with expansive picture windows. In addition, we strive and deem it our responsibility to incorporate and to provide ecological and sustainable applications throughout the home. All of which are designed for modern living.

Furthermore, a percentage of the profit from the sales of each Victoria Alexander home will be used in part to create affordable and sustainable housing communities for low-income families.

The name Victoria Alexander represents over 85 collective years of experience, with qualified members from the building & construction, ecological & sustainable studies; and financial & corporate sector. This amalgamation of knowledge and capabilities allows Victoria Alexander to build conscientiously and responsibly.
