One of Victoria Alexander’s main aspiration is to provide an avenue to alleviate the increasing lack of affordable homes. By adhering to our longtime belief of maintaining balance in life - we plan to create affordable, yet, well built housing projects within the proximity of public transportation and commercial areas in the very near future.

Renovations

As enthusiastic as we are in building new homes, we are equally excited about reviving, modernizing and decorating old ones. There are many great homes and buildings with extraordinary architectural design and style. The essence of these can never be replicated perfectly and it is our desire to maintain and respect the integrity and beauty of such structures. With vision, proper planning, patience and hard work - in conjunction with current trends and with the combined styles of the homeowner and that of Victoria Alexander and it’s designer, Darcy Lundgren of Lundgren Residential - the final product will become the perfect home for a family or couple to which to come home.
